The system centralized operational workflows across sales, procurement, operations, and finance while maintaining live planning visibility across a rolling production horizon.
The platform introduced freeze check validation for incoming orders, automated capacity calculations, procurement monitoring, R/Y/G operational alerts, finance delta reporting, and structured S&OP workflows. All workflows synchronized through a centralized orchestration layer with integrated ERP, WMS, HRIS, and treasury system connectivity to support scalable manufacturing operations and future automation expansion.
