The client needed to replace scattered manual tracking with a centralized automation workflow that could capture decisions, organize action items, and keep stakeholders aligned. The main goal was to reduce operational noise, improve follow-up discipline, and create structured reporting without forcing the team to change its existing Microsoft 365 workflow.

Solution
AltheraCode designed a modular AI automation system connected to the client’s Microsoft 365 environment. The system collected data from Teams meetings, Office 365 emails, chat threads, Word/PDF documents, and other shared sources, then transformed unstructured information into organized action records.
The workflow used N8N automation, Microsoft Graph API, OpenAI-powered extraction, and a Notion workspace as the central command center. Meeting summaries, decisions, owners, deadlines, pipeline updates, and alerts were automatically structured and routed to the right stakeholders.

The implementation improved meeting accountability, follow-up speed, and sales pipeline visibility across the team. Key outcomes included:
